Join the team
We're growing the team in New York and San Francisco to build a growth platform that lets marketing teams design, launch, and keep improving pages that convert — no engineering queue, no six-week agency cycle.
Builders
Product-minded engineers and designers — people who take an idea to production fast, keep it on-brand, and get it in front of users every week.
Sellers
Go-to-market owners who run their own pipeline, tell the story well, and convert product strength into revenue.
What matters here
Taste
You hold opinions about quality and defend them, and the small details other people rush past are exactly the ones you fix. Here, craft counts as core product work.
Range
You move between strategy and execution without waiting for a handoff. Small team, wide surface area — you own the whole thing.
Ownership
You ship, you measure, you fix. Nobody assigns you tickets; you find the most important problem and solve it.
How we work
We keep headcount low deliberately. Each of us owns a big slice of the product and pushes to production every week, with few meetings and a feedback loop measured in hours.
Where we work
Hybrid across New York and San Francisco — three days together in person each week. We aren't hiring fully-remote yet; this early, sitting together buys speed we can't give up.

How hiring works
- 01
A 30-minute founder call
A conversation about the work behind you, the work you want next, and whether this problem grabs you.
- 02
A paid trial project
You spend a few hours on a real problem we're facing — paid, and the best signal for both sides.
- 03
Two reference calls
We talk to people you've built alongside. Then we move fast on a decision.
