Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These interim terms — accurate to the product today, still awaiting legal review — govern your use of Rollouts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You must be authorized to connect any website, domain, or data source you add to Rollouts. Scanning is only enabled after you verify you control the domain.

The service today

Rollouts currently scans and monitors the website you connect — on-page, technical, schema, and AI-answer-readiness checks — and reports what it finds. It reads your site; it does not change it.

Additional engines shown on our marketing pages as “rolling out” are not yet live; when they launch, anything that modifies or publishes to your properties will require your review and approval.

You agree not to use Rollouts for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes — including scanning domains you aren't authorized to connect.

Plans and billing

Rollouts is currently free to use while it rolls out; no payment method is collected today.

If you later purchase a paid plan, it will be billed in advance on the plan's cadence, and you'll be able to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with effect from your next cycle.

Content and ownership

You own your site, its content, and the scan data Rollouts produces about it — you can export or erase all of it from Settings at any time.

You grant us the rights needed to operate the service — to fetch, analyze, and store data about the site you connect.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rollouts available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is.”

We may update the service and these terms; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.

Liability

So far as the law permits, we exclude liability for indirect or downstream losses connected with the service.
